Tabuk Agricultural shareholders reject proposed bylaws amendment
Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. said on Thursday that shareholders voted against a proposal to amend the company’s bylaws during its third Extraordinary General Assembly meeting.
The proposed amendments aimed to align the company’s bylaws with the new Companies Law, including the rearrangement and renumbering of articles. The company did not provide further details regarding the reasons for the rejection.
