Sinad Holding Reviews 2024 Financials, Approves Board Authority

Sinad Holding Company announced on Thursday that its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, held on Wednesday, reviewed and discussed the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

The Assembly also approved delegating the Board of Directors with the authorization powers of the General Assembly, as stipulated in Paragraph (1) of Article 27 of the Companies Law. This delegation is for a period of one year starting from the date of the General Assembly’s approval or until the end of the current Board’s term, whichever comes first.
