Sharqiyah Development GA Approves External Auditor’s Report for 2024

Sharqiyah Development Co. announced on Monday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting), which included approval of the Company’s External Auditor’s Report for 2024.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the details of the Meeting were as follows:

1. Approval of the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024.

2. Approval of the external auditor’s report for FY 2024.

3. Approval of the company’s financial statements for FY 2024.

4. Approval the selection of the office of AlKharashi & Co. Certified Accountants and Auditors from among the candidates by the audit committee to examine, review and audit the financial statements for the second, third and annual quarter of the fiscal year 2025 and the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026 AD and determine its fees.
