Shalfa Wins SAR 11.3 Mln Contract to Operate, Maintain Buildings

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. announced on Monday that it signed a contract with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) to operate and maintain buildings and assets of MODON in Jeddah.

The company stated in a statement that the contract is valued at SAR 11.3 million, inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT), with the financial impact expected to begin in the second half of 2025.

The scope includes the operation of unleased buildings, factories and warehouses, and the maintenance of external and shared assets and facilities within the industrial city, in line with applicable international and local quality standards.
