Saudi German Health Reschedules General Assembly to July 8
Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Health) said on Monday it has rescheduled its General Assembly Meeting to July 8, 2025, in accordance with Article 91 of the Companies Law, which mandates a 21-day advance notice.
The meeting venue and agenda items remain unchanged, and participation will be conducted virtually, the company added.
The meeting was originally scheduled for June 29.
