Sadr General Assembly Approves Auditor’s Report for 2024

Sadr Logistics Services Company revealed the outcome of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on Tuesday. Shareholders approved the company’s auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, following a detailed discussion. The assembly also approved the discharge of the Board of Directors from liability for the same fiscal year.

In addition, the assembly agreed to grant SAR 650,000 in remuneration to the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. Furthermore, shareholders appointed PKF Al Bassam Chartered Accountants and Auditors to audit the company’s financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of fiscal year 2025, as well as the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, with fees totaling SAR 350,000.
