Rasan Announces Resignation of Board Member and Appointment to Nominations and Remuneration Committee

Rasan Information Technology Company announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Theib Hudhaiban Ghallab Al Mutairi (Non-Executive), a Board member and Executive Committee member, due to personal reasons.

In the same regard, Rasan’s Nominations and Remuneration Committee, authorized by the Board, has appointed Mr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Oudah as an independent member of the Committee, effective 18 Dhul-Hijjah 1446H (14 June 2025), until the end of the current Board term.

Mr. Al-Oudah brings over 16 years of experience in leading human resources across both the public and private sectors, with a focus on strategic transformations and achieving top performance in global HR indicators. He has earned professional leadership certifications from Harvard Business School, INSEAD, London Business School, and others.
