Raoom GA Approves Election of Four BOD Members

Raoom Trading Co. announced on Wednesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), held on Wednesday, June 04. Voting was held to elect members to the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next term, which begins on June 17, 2025, for a term of four years, ending on June 16, 2029. The members are:

– Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Humaid;

– Mr. Rashood bin Saleh Al-Rashoodi;

– Mr. Humaid bin Abdullah Al-Humaid; and

– Mr. Badr bin Hamad Al-Qadhi.
