Obeikan Glass Announces Start of E-Voting on General Assembly Agenda

Obeikan Glass Company announced on Wednesday the commencement of electronic voting on the agenda items of its Sixth Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting).

E-voting will begin at 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, and will remain open until the end of the General Assembly meeting, which is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025.

This announcement follows the previous invitation to shareholders, published on the Saudi Stock Exchange website on June 1, 2025.
