NDMC closes the June 2025 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of June 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 2.355Bn (two billion and three hundred and fifty-five million Saudi Riyals)

The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 25 Mn (twenty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027).
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.175 Bn (one billion and one hundred and seventy-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029)
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 500 Mn (five hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032)
• The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 5 Mn (five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
• The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 650 Mn (six hundred and fifty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
