NBM Appoints Al-Sammari as Audit Committee Member

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors’ Decision to approve Mr. Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Sammari (a member from outside the Board) as a member of the Audit Committee. This appointment will be effective from the date of the Board’s Decision until the end of the current session on March 6, 2028.

According to the Company, Al-Sammari has over 22 years of experience in risk management, internal audit and investment, as well as experience in governance and compliance, and membership on Boards of Directors and Board Committees. He is also the founder of several companies in the financial, food, water, import and export sectors, and holds accredited specialised fellowships in internal audit and operational risk.
