The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announced on Tuesday the completion of its share repurchase program, acquiring one million shares for SAR 21.2 million. The repurchase, approved by the General Assembly, was conducted under the company’s Employee Long-Term Incentive Program and represents 0.33% of NADEC’s total ordinary shares. The average purchase price was SAR 21.213 per share.
The buyback is in line with NADEC’s strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent as part of its broader employee incentive framework. The purchase was carried out within an 18-month period following approval by the Extraordinary General Assembly.
