MESC GA Authorises BOD to Distribute Interim Dividends for 2025

Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) announced on Wednesday that its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting) approved authorising the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for fiscal year 2025.

The Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024, was reviewed and discussed, along with the audited financial statements for the same period.

The Company’s auditors’ report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024, was approved following discussion.
