MBC Group to Launch E-Voting Ahead of Extraordinary Assembly
MBC Group announced on Wednesday that electronic voting on the agenda items of its upcoming Extraordinary General Assembly (first meeting) will begin at 01:00 a.m. on Thursday, 26 June 2025, and continue until the conclusion of the meeting.
The General Assembly is scheduled for Sunday, 29 June 2025, at 8:15 p.m., as per a previous announcement published on Tadawul on 4 June 2025.
