Mayar Holding Appoints Raeed AlJalajel to Board

Mayar Holding Co. announced on Monday the appointment of Raeed bin Abdullah AlJalajel as an independent Board member, effective 22 June 2025, replacing Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Suwailem.

AlJalajel holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University (USA) and is a fellow of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves as General Manager of Business Audit at Elm Co. and sits on Mayar’s Audit Committee, among other committee roles across Saudi firms.
