KnowledgeNet BOD Recommends No Cash Dividend for 2024
KnowledgeNet Co. announced on Monday that its Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, this aims to support and enhance the company’s financial performance during the coming period, as well as to support cash liquidity and financing the company’s capital expansions.
