IOUD GA Approves 2024 Financial Statements

Intelligent Oud Company (IOUD) announced on Sunday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which included:

1-            Review and discussion of the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024;

2-            Approval of the company’s auditors’ report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, after discussion;

3-            Review and discussion of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024; and

4-            Approval of the discharge of the Board of Directors members from liability for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
