Gulf Union Al Ahlia Amends Bylaws to Reflect Insurance Authority Name Change
Gulf Union Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Sunday that its shareholders approved all items on the agenda during the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (second meeting).
The key resolution included amending the company’s bylaws to replace all references to the “Saudi Central Bank” with the “Insurance Authority,” in line with regulatory changes.
