Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital GA Approves 2024 Cash Dividend

Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Co. announced on Thursday that its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, held on Wednesday, approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute an annual cash dividend of 0.30 Saudi riyals per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

The total dividend payout will be 69 million riyals ($18.4 million). Dividends are due on the date of the General Assembly resolution, with distribution to begin 15 business days after that date.

The assembly also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2025.
