Development Works Food General Assembly Rejects Auditor Appointment

Development Works Food Co. (DWF) announced on Thursday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, which included:

Review and discussion of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

Review and discussion of the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

Approval to discharge the members of the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

 Approval of the company’s auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, after discussion.

 Disapproval of the appointment of an auditor for the company from among the candidates nominated by the Audit Committee. This auditor would have reviewed and audited the financial statements for the second, third, fourth, and annual quarters of fiscal year 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, and their fees would have been determined.
