Derayah GA Approves BOD Authorisation to Distribute Interim Dividends for 2025
Derayah Financial Co. announced on Tuesday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), held on Monday. The Meeting included approving the authorisation of the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends on a quarterly basis for 2025.
The Assembly also approved amending the Audit Committee’s bylaws.
