CMA Grants FinTech Permit to Emkan Alarabiya for Funds Distribution Platform

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved Emkan Alarabiya to test an investment and real estate funds distribution platform under its FinTech experimental scheme. The company has also fulfilled all requirements to begin operations, following a CMA board decision on 5 February 2024.

The authorization complies with Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Law (Royal Decree No. M/30, 6/2/1424 AH) and related regulations. The move underscores the CMA’s push to encourage financial innovation while maintaining regulatory oversight.
