Cenomi Centers to Discuss Interim Dividend Distribution at June 30 EGM

The Board of Directors of Arabian Centres Company (Cenomi Centers) has called for an Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM) on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 8:15 p.m. The primary agenda item will be to vote on delegating the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, either semi-annually or quarterly.

Electronic voting will open on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 1:00 a.m. and will remain open until the vote-counting committee finalizes the tally.
