Buruj Board Recommends No Dividend Distribution for 2024

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co. announced that its Board of Directors has called for an Ordinary General Assembly meeting on June 29, 2025, to be held virtually via Tadawulaty.

The meeting agenda includes voting on the Board’s recommendation not to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year 2024 and to grant discharge to the Board members for the same period.

Shareholders will also vote on the disbursement of SAR 900,000 in remuneration to the Board members for 2024.
