BinDawood Approves 35 Related-Party Contracts
BinDawood Holding Company announced on Monday that the Board of Directors approved, during the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), the business and contracts concluded for 2024 in which Board Members have an indirect interest.
The Assembly also approved SAR 5.8 million in bonuses for Board Members for 2024.
