Arabian Mills GA Approves Cash Dividend Distribution for 2024 of SAR 0.59 per Share

The Board of Directors of the Arabian Mills for Food Products Co. announced on Tuesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting). The Meeting approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends for 2024 of SAR 0.59 per share, representing 5.9% of the nominal value of the share, totalling SAR 30.2 million.

The Board also approved the business and contracts concluded in 2024 in which the Chairman of the Board of Directors, his Vice Chairman, and some Board Members have an indirect interest.

The Board of Directors was also approved to pay a bonus of SAR 2.2 million to Members of the Board of Directors for 2024.
