Arabian Cement Postpones EGM Due to Lack of Quorum
Arabian Cement Co. announced on Monday that its 10th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, scheduled for June 15, 2025, could not be held due to lack of quorum.
The company will schedule a third meeting at a later date, which will be valid regardless of the number of shares represented, after securing regulatory approval.
