Anaam Holding Rejects Board Discharge, Auditor’s Report for FY 2024

Anaam Holding Group Company announced on Thursday the results of its General Assembly Meeting No. 45, held on Wednesday, which included the rejection of the company’s auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, following discussion.

The assembly also rejected the discharge of the Board of Directors’ members from liability for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

Other items on the agenda included:

Review and discussion of the Board of Directors’ Report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

Review and discussion of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

The proposed appointment of an external auditor, based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation, to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of the fiscal year 2025, as well as the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026, was not approved. The determination of the auditor’s fees was also not approved.
