Almarai GA to Elect BOD Members for Next Term on June 26

Almarai Co. announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors invited shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting via modern technology on June 26.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the Meeting will include the election of Board Members for a new term, starting August 07, for a period of four years. A vote will also be held on amending the company’s bylaws.

The Meeting will also include a vote on amending Article 17 of the company’s bylaws regarding the term of the Board of Directors.
