Alandalus Announces Completion of Stake Sale in Manafea Alandalus

Alandalus Property Company announced on Sunday the completion of the sale of its entire stake in Manafea Alandalus for Development and Real Estate Investment Company, representing 70% of its capital (Al-Marwa Centre) in Jeddah, for a value of SAR 15 million.

The Company stated that the entire stake was transferred to the Saudi Tourism Development Company, all financial payments were received, and the handover process was completed for the Company’s management.
