Al Sagr Insurance Names Rashid Alrasheed to Board

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Sunday that it has appointed Mr. Rashid bin Sulaiman Alrasheed as an Independent Board Member to fill a vacant seat on the Board.

Alrasheed’s appointment is effective for the remainder of the current term, which ends on November 22, 2026.

A graduate of King Saud University with a degree in accounting, Alrasheed brings over 20 years of experience in the financial and investment sectors, having held senior roles at BNY Mellon Saudi and other leading financial institutions. He currently sits on the boards of multiple listed and private companies and chairs several audit and governance committees.
