Al Baha General Assembly Approves 2024 Financial Statements

Al Baha Investment and Development Co. has announced on Monday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (second meeting), held on Sunday. Shareholders approved the following agenda items:

• Approval and discussion of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
• Approval and discussion of the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
• Approval and discussion of the company’s auditors’ report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
• Approval to discharge the members of the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
• Approval of the appointment of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co., Certified Public Accountants, as the company’s external auditor. The firm was selected from among candidates nominated by the Audit Committee and will review the company’s financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of fiscal year 2025 through the first quarter ending March 31, 2028.

The audit contract was approved for a total value of SAR 825,000 over a three-year period
