Tawuniya shareholders approve SAR 225 mln dividend for 2024

Shareholders of the Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) approved a SAR 225 million cash dividend for 2024, or SAR 1.5 per share, at the company’s Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting.

The dividend, equivalent to 15% of the share’s nominal value, will be paid to shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day after the meeting. Payouts will begin on June 22, 2025.
