TADCO GA Discusses 2024 Financial Statements on June 24

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) announced on Thursday that its Board of Directors invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) at 06:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

Agenda:

1. Review and discuss the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024;

2. Review and discuss the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024;

3. Vote on the company’s auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024, after discussing it; and

4. Vote on the appointment of the company’s auditor from among the candidates, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of fiscal 2025 and the first quarter of fiscal 2026, and determine their fees.
