Tadawul approves listing of previously listed government debt instruments worth SAR 4 billion

Tadawul announced its approval of the Ministry of Finance’s request to list previously listed government debt instruments issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the listing rules. The total value of these instruments is SAR 4,081,722,000. The details are as follows:

1. Increase in Issue No. 10-01-2019 (Tadawul Code: 5274) by SAR 489,305,000 to reach SAR 30,209,517,000.
2. Increase in Issue No. 15-01-2024 (Tadawul Code: 5339) by SAR 1,300,003,000 to reach SAR 14,973,043,000.
3. Increase in issue No. 12-04-2024 (trading code: 5344) by SAR 1,288,414,000, bringing it to SAR 13,483,540,000.
4. Increase in issue No. 09-08-2023 (trading code: 5333) by SAR 1,004,000,000, bringing it to SAR 20,179,392,000.

The increase will be included starting Thursday, May 22, 2025.
