Shmoh Almadi Signs SAR 8.1 Mln Concrete Works Contract for Factory in Buraidah

Shmoh Almadi Co. announced on Sunday it signed a contract with ROKN AL NILE CONTRACTING COMPANY to carry out the concrete and structural works for a new factory in Buraidah, valued at SAR 8.1 million.

According to the Company, the contract aligns with its strategy to establish a new facility aimed at expanding production capacity, increasing current output, and meeting growing demand for its products while maintaining high quality standards. The move is expected to enhance the Company’s competitiveness in the Saudi market and support its targeted growth and returns.

Under the contract, ROKN AL NILE CONTRACTING COMPANY will execute all concrete and structural (main construction work) works for the new factory in accordance with approved technical and engineering specifications and the contractual terms, over a period of 12 calendar months.

Shmoh Almadi expects the financial impact to be positively reflected in its results once the factory becomes operational.
