Shalfa Awarded SAR 258.7 Mln School and Institute Facility Services in Qassim

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. announced on Wednesday that it received an award notification from Tatweer Buildings Co. to provide facility management services to school buildings and institutes in Qassim for SAR 258.7 million.

This comes under the framework agreement for integrated facility management services for school buildings and private institutes in the Central Region (Qassim Region). The signing of this framework agreement was announced on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on April 29, 2025.
