Saudi AZM files for Main Market transfer
Saudi Azm for Communications and Information Technology Co. said on Wednesday it submitted a request to transfer its shares from the Parallel Market to the Main Market.
The request was filed through the designated automated system after market close on May 27.
The move follows the board’s earlier approval announced on April 21. Further updates will be disclosed when available.
