Russian Central Bank Lowers the Exchange Rates of Dollar and Yuan, Raise the Euro Against the Ruble
The Central Bank of Russia today set the exchange rates for major currencies against the ruble for the period from May 8 to 12. The dollar exchange rate was lowered by 10 kopecks compared to the previous day’s rate, to 80.8612 rubles.
At the same time, the official exchange rate of the euro was raised by 23 kopecks, to 92.1439 rubles, while the Chinese yuan exchange rate was lowered by 3 kopecks, to 11.1819 rubles.
