Raydan GA Reviews Company Financial Statements for 2024

Raydan Food Co. announced to its shareholders the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which included reviewing and discussing the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

The voting results on the assembly’s agenda were as follows:

1. The Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, was reviewed and discussed.

2. The financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, were reviewed and discussed.

3. Approval of the auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, after discussion.

4. Approval to discharge the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

5. Approval of SAR 1,652,500 in remuneration for the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

6. Approval of SAR 581,944 for the period from January 1, 2025, until the end of the Board’s term on April 20, 2025.

7. Approval of the appointment of PKF Al Bassam, Certified Public Accountants and Auditors, as the company’s external auditor from among the nominated candidates, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the second, third, and annual quarters of the fiscal year ending 2025, as well as the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, for a fee of SAR 595,000.
