Mutakamela Opens Nominations for BOD Membership

Mutakamela Insurance Co. announced on Monday that it opened nominations for membership on its Board of Directors for the upcoming three-year term. The nomination window runs from May 03 until June 04.

In a statement on Tadawul, the Company stated that nominations will be assessed based on the qualifications and conditions set out in the policy and procedures for nominating and appointing members of the Board of Directors and Board Committees. The process will also comply with relevant laws, regulations, and circulars, including the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Insurance Companies Governance Regulations, and the criteria for appointments to leadership positions in financial institutions regulated by the Insurance Authority, in addition to all applicable regulatory requirements
