Ayyan Investment Co. announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors invited shareholders to participate and vote at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled for 06:30 PM on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Agenda:

– Voting on the election of Board members from among the candidates for a three-year term starting July 01, 2025, and ending June 30, 2028.

Electronic voting will open at 01:00 AM on Friday, May 23, 2025, and remain available until the end of the Meeting.
