June 18: Halwani Brothers to vote on 2024 contracts, related-party deals

Halwani Brothers Co. announced that its Board of Directors has invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), scheduled for June 18, 2025. The meeting will be held virtually via the Tadawulati system.

According to a statement on Tadawul, shareholders will vote on business dealings and contracts concluded in 2024 between the company and other entities in which board members hold indirect interests.
