Jadwa REIT Saudi Distributes SAR 37.3 Mln in Cash Dividends for Q1

Jadwa Investment Co. announced on Tuesday the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund for the first quarter of 2025. The total dividends distributed amount to SAR 37.3 million. The value of the distributed dividend per unit is SAR 0.20, with a distribution percentage of 1.69% of the net asset value.

The company stated in a statement today on Tadawul that the number of outstanding units upon which the cash dividends will be distributed is 186.5 million.

The cash dividends will be payable to unitholders according to their register at the end of Thursday, June 05 (the end of trading on Tuesday, June 03).
