European Stocks Open Higher
European stocks rose on Thursday after a US trade court ruling blocking the implementation of tariffs previously proposed by President Donald Trump boosted risk appetite in global markets.
The pan-European STOXX 600 index rose 0.4%.
The German DAX 40 index rose 0.5%, approaching a record high.
