Equipment House Subsidiary Receives SAR 61.2 Mln from NUPCO

Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. announced on Wednesday that its subsidiary, Roa Al Hemaya Co., received an amount of SAR 61,203,485.60, representing the full amount awarded by the Court of Appeals against the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO).

This comes in reference to the company’s announcement on February 25, 2025, that the preliminary judgment was upheld by the Third Circuit of the Court of Appeals at the Commercial Court in Riyadh. The court ruled to issue a final judgment, obligating NUPCO to pay Roa Al Hemaya Co. (a subsidiary) the following:

1- An amount of SAR 60,568,458.65;

2- An amount of SAR 135,000 for expert fees in this case; and

3- An amount of SAR 500,000 for attorney’s fees.
