CMA Authorizes Nama Ventures Capital to Launch Investment Management Operations

Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) said it had approved Nama Ventures Capital Company to commence its investment management operations in the securities business.
The approval follows Nama’s completion of regulatory requirements, in line with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 2/6/1424H and its implementing regulations. The CMA had granted the firm a license on 1/3/1446H, corresponding to Sept. 4, 2024.
The license permits Nama Ventures Capital to carry out managing investments activities in the Kingdom’s securities market.
