City Cement Shareholders to Vote on Board Recommendation to Withhold H2 2024 Dividend

City Cement Company announced on Sunday the addition of the following item to the General Assembly’s Agenda, which includes voting on the board of directors’ recommendation not to distribute dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024.

This follows the company’s announcement published on the Tadawul website on May 14, 2025, regarding the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 16, 2025
