Cenomi Centers acquires exclusive Westfield licensing rights in Saudi Arabia

Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) announced on Monday the signing of a strategic 10-year partnership agreement with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (Westfield), granting the company exclusive licensing rights to the Westfield brand in Saudi Arabia. The agreement also includes an option to extend the partnership for another 10 years.

According to a statement on Tadawul, the deal will see the rebranding of eight shopping centers to the Westfield name, beginning with Jewel of Riyadh, Jewel of Jeddah, and Nakheel Mall in Dammam.
