Balady Poultry Sets May 27 Shareholder Vote on H2 2024 Dividend
Balady Poultry Co. said its shareholders will vote on the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute cash dividends for the second half of 2024 at an Ordinary General Assembly Meeting scheduled for 7:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
The company said electronic voting on the meeting agenda will open at 1:00 a.m. on Friday, May 23, and continue until the end of the meeting.
